Completed in 2011, the residential complex of via Specolizzi is born from a demolition and reconstruction to redevelop a strategic area of Gallipoli. The project integrates with the existing urban fabric, enhancing a well-connected and constantly changing residential area.
Spread over 1,200 square meters, the residential complex accommodates five apartments arranged on four floors above ground. The different sizes are designed to meet the needs of families, couples and professionals, with bright environments optimized for efficient use of space.
