Complesso Unicamente is an urban regeneration project in the heart of Lecce, which combines residential and commercial spaces in a modern and efficient building, realized in 2011 on via Salvatore Trinchese.
Built in 2011, the Complesso Unicamente is an architectural redevelopment project located on Via Salvatore Trinchese, one of the most central and dynamic streets of Lecce. The project involved the demolition and new construction of a 4,000 square metre multi-purpose building, designed to enhance a strategic area close to the historic centre and main commercial streets.
On the ground floor, the Complejo Unicamente accommodates two large commercial premises with direct access from the street, ideal for sales or services activities thanks to the guaranteed visibility. On the upper floors there are eleven residential apartments, designed to offer brightness, comfort and quality of living, in line with the needs of those looking for modern and central solutions.
Great attention was paid to the quality of construction, plant design and choice of materials, with solutions oriented towards energy efficiency and sustainability. The synergy between residential spaces, commercial and plant equipment makes the Complesso Unicamente a virtuous example of urban integration, able to respond to the needs of the contemporary city.
