New building with mixed residential and commercial use in the heart of Gallipoli. The SAFF Complex enhances a strategic area of the city with 220 housing units, commercial gallery and architecture inspired by the tradition of Salento.
Built in 2008 in one of the most attractive locations of Salento, the SAFF Gallipoli Complex is located along Corso Italia, a few steps from the sea. The project involved the new construction of an articulated urban complex on a surface of 50,000 square meters, with a mixed use - residential and commercial - designed to enhance a strategic position in one of the most vibrant tourist towns of Puglia.
Composed of 220 real estate units, the complex is developed within a condominium that integrates housing, common green spaces, a commercial gallery on the ground floor and underground garages. The architecture recalls the distinctive features of the territory: elegant porticoes with vaulted roofs in leccese stone and carparo give identity and visual continuity to the urban landscape of Gallipoli, blending tradition and functionality in a modern and welcoming context.
The intervention falls into the categories of residential, commercial and plant construction, distinguishing itself for the quality of construction, attention to livability and efficient organization of spaces. The design solutions adopted aim at maximum usability, with particular attention to comfort and environmental sustainability. The SAFF complex is thus a new reference point for contemporary living in Gallipoli, able to meet the needs of residents, investors and commercial activities.
