Integrated restoration for a building symbol of Salento

In 2017 the Municipal Building of Maglie was the subject of a restoration and requalification that has combined public construction, plant engineering and structural consolidation. The objective: to preserve the architectural value and ensure the stability of the building by strengthening the subfoundation ground and plinths. A project that enhances the historical and civic identity of the building, renewing its role in the urban context.

Pietra leccese and Bronzetto di Trani: architectural identity enhanced

The restoration of the facade in leccese stone and the recovery of the arched portico give authenticity to the historical architecture of the Municipal Palace. The flooring in Bronzetto di Trani gives material continuity and stylistic coherence to the intervention. Each design choice has respected the local materials, enhancing aesthetics and functionality of architectural surfaces.

Accessibility and light for a modern public building

Thanks to the elimination of architectural barriers, the Maglie Municipal Palace is now fully accessible. The new lighting system enhances architectural volumes and improves the experience of spaces, with sustainable technological solutions.
