The restoration of the Municipal Palace of Maglie reinforces the historical identity of the building through the recovery of the facade in stone leccese, The installation of a new flooring and the implementation of an integrated lighting and accessibility system for modern use.

Integrated restoration for a building symbol of Salento

In 2017 the Municipal Building of Maglie was the subject of a restoration and requalification that has combined public construction, plant engineering and structural consolidation. The objective: to preserve the architectural value and ensure the stability of the building by strengthening the subfoundation ground and plinths. A project that enhances the historical and civic identity of the building, renewing its role in the urban context.

Pietra leccese and Bronzetto di Trani: architectural identity enhanced

The restoration of the facade in leccese stone and the recovery of the arched portico give authenticity to the historical architecture of the Municipal Palace. The flooring in Bronzetto di Trani gives material continuity and stylistic coherence to the intervention. Each design choice has respected the local materials, enhancing aesthetics and functionality of architectural surfaces.

Thanks to the elimination of architectural barriers, the Maglie Municipal Palace is now fully accessible.
