In San Vito dei Normanni, a new energy-efficient commercial building is being built, designed to guarantee comfort, safety and functionality thanks to integrated technological systems and an energy class A structure.
In 2017, a new Eurospin outlet was built in San Vito dei Normanni (Brindisi), thanks to a complete demolition and reconstruction. In the commercial building category, the project responds to the needs of the large retail trade, with a rectangular building designed to optimize operational flows. The large external square, intended for parking, facilitates access and use by customers.
The new building is equipped with advanced technological systems that guarantee comfort, safety and efficiency. These include electrical, thermal, water and sanitation, fire protection, remote control and anti-intrusion systems, as well as a lift for universal accessibility. All systems comply with current regulations and are designed to optimize consumption and performance, reducing operating costs.
The building is in energy class A, thanks to a project focused on sustainability and the use of high-performance materials and low-consumption plants. The result is an efficient, technologically advanced and environmentally friendly structure that demonstrates how commercial buildings can evolve by combining innovation, comfort and environmental responsibility.
