New sports structure in laminated wood at the Campo Montefusco of Lecce, with advanced technological equipment and high-performance roofing. Multifunctional space for sports and motor activities.
In 2015 the Montefusco sports field of Lecce was upgraded with a new covered structure dedicated to volleyball and basketball. An intervention that enriches the city’s sports offer, responding to the growing demand for spaces for motor activity and leisure.
The structure is characterized by laminated wood arches, which ensure strength, lightness and sustainability. Polyester-based PVC cover offers protection, durability and good natural lighting. Access is guaranteed by four metal and aluminium profile doors, resistant to wear and designed for intensive use.
The project includes a heating system to ensure comfort throughout the year, as well as lighting systems for evening and emergency activities, in accordance with safety regulations. A complete infrastructure for everyday sport.
The new structure integrates with the existing complex, expanding the offer of spaces for team sports. Technology, plant design and efficiency combine to create a functional, safe and welcoming environment: a tangible investment for the development of local sport.
