Restoration of the Church of San Lazzaro in Lecce, with structural consolidation, renovation of the double-layered roof and recovery of internal and external surfaces. A project that enhances the building while respecting its authenticity.

Structural stability and preservation of architectural identity

The project included static consolidation of the entire building to ensure its stability over time and prevent deterioration. All the interventions have been carried out respecting the original configuration of the church, preserving its architectural identity.

Restoration of the roof in continuity with tradition

The restoration concerned the double-layered roof, rebuilt with wooden trusses in accordance with the original construction technique. An intervention that has restored functionality to the coverage and has enhanced its formal and historical value.

Restored surfaces and renewed flooring

The project included the recovery of internal and external surfaces, through cleaning and consolidation of the original materials. The new interior flooring, made with compatible materials, has returned to the liturgical spaces an ordered and coherent aesthetic.
