Complete redevelopment of sports facilities: 2 tennis courts, 3 11-a-side soccer fields, 1 5-a-side soccer field, 1 basketball court, and an athletic track. The project also includes bleachers, locker rooms, bars, green areas, parking lots, plazas, and pathways. Improvements on irrigation, lighting, drainage and accessibility are planned.
